Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Nursing Home Administrator license in the State of Connecticut.
• Proven executive or administrator leadership experience in a skilled nursing facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to staff across all departments.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure high-quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with CT state codes and CMS regulations.
• Develop and oversee budgets and allocate resources effectively.
• Foster a collaborative, staff-focused workplace culture.
• Engage with residents and families to support satisfaction.
• Lead quality assurance and regulatory audit preparation.
