Job summary

Majestic Care of Manchin is seeking an Executive Director, LNHA to lead the community's operations and uphold the company's mission and core values.

The role requires a registered Nursing Home Administrator license, strong leadership, and extensive experience in post-acute care to ensure quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and fiscal stewardship. You will collaborate with clinical and regional teams to drive performance and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in healthcare administration or related field.
• Nursing Home Administrator license active and in good standing.
• Five to ten years of post-acute care leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee efficient and profitable operation of the community.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Lead QA and process improvement (QAPI) program.
• Manage workforce including recruitment, onboarding and training.
• Develop business and community partnerships.
• Collaborate with regional teams on operations and budgets.
