Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered LNHA license in Missouri.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all aspects of facility operations including clinical, financial, and administrative functions.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations governing skilled nursing facilities.
• Lead quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
• Manage staffing, budgeting, and operational efficiency.
• Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and compassionate resident-centered care.
• Implement company policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Drive census growth, customer satisfaction, and community engagement.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and oversight to department heads and interdisciplinary teams.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration

Master’s degree preferred
