Charlestown Place at New Albany, part of Charlestown Place, seeks a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) / Executive Director to lead our long-term care community. You will drive resident care quality, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and employee engagement.

The role requires strategic leadership, regulatory expertise, and a commitment to service excellence, with a focus on census growth and strong occupancy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Prior healthcare leadership experience required.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in regulatory compliance, team leadership, census development, and financial management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the 24-hour operations of the facility.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and accountability to department directors and management staff.
• Promote a culture focused on resident-centered care, quality outcomes, and employee engagement.
• Ensure exceptional customer service for residents, families, visitors, and referral partners.
• Manage facility budgets and financial performance.
• Lead Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives.
• Recruit, develop, mentor, and retain high-performing leaders and team members.
