Job summary

Journey is seeking an Executive Director to lead the center with a focus on compliant, high-quality resident care and community leadership. The role partners with a dedicated home office team to drive operational excellence and ensure regulatory compliance.

The Executive Director will oversee care operations, workforce management, and community engagement to advance Journey’s mission and resident outcomes in the local community.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Nursing Home Administrator per state regulation.
• BS/BA Degree from an accredited college in healthcare administration or related field preferred.
• Experience leading care teams and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Quality Care & Compliance: ensure patient-centered care and regulatory adherence.
• Workforce & Operational Leadership: oversee recruitment, onboarding, training and performance management, with budget oversight.
• Community & Business Development: build partnerships and engage with local healthcare associations.
