Job summary

Allen View Healthcare Center, part of CommuniCare Health Services, is recruiting an Executive Director to lead the facility, ensure care standards, and drive financial success. The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and regulatory compliance to deliver exceptional resident care.

The Executive Director will oversee all staff, coordinate with the home office, and promote a positive work culture while maintaining compliance with state regulations and quality metrics.

Qualifications

• Must meet all Ohio State requirements for LNHA.
• Minimum two years of progressively increasing management responsibility with a minimum of an internship.
• Strong management and operation skills.
• Strong math/budgetary skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to all staff to assure that care standards are met and quality resident care is delivered.
• Oversee the operation and financial performance of the center.

Allen View Healthcare Center is currently recruiting a compassionate leader to assume the position of Executive Director of our facility.

The position of Executive Director provides leadership to all staff to assure that care standards are met and the highest degree of quality resident care is provided at all times. The position must function as a team member, team leader, and supervisor to ensure that work is accomplished and quality care is delivered, supporting team members and leading the way in celebrating team successes. The Executive Director has the authority, responsibility, and accountability for the overall operation and financial success of the center.

Qualified candidates must have:

• Must meet all Ohio State requirements for Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.
• Must hold a currently valid LNHA license in the State of Ohio.
• At least two years of gradually increasing management responsibility with a minimum of an AIT internship completed.
• Strong management and operation skills.
• Strong math/budgetary skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
