Complete Care at Annapolis in Annapolis, MD is seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our 97-bed, 5-star skilled nursing facility. The LNHA will drive regulatory compliance, care quality, and financial performance while mentoring department leaders and building a positive culture.

Ideal candidates hold an active MD LNHA license, have 3+ years of LNHA experience, and can partner with regional and corporate leadership.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland Nursing Home Administrator license required.
• Minimum 3 years of LNHA experience.
• Strong background in skilled nursing and long-term care operations.
• Thorough understanding of CMS regulations and survey processes.
• Demonstrated success in leadership, financial management, and team development.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations, ensuring quality resident care and regulatory compliance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop department managers and staff.
• Manage budgets, staffing, census, and overall financial performance.
• Maintain survey readiness and compliance with state and federal regulations.
