Job summary

Allen View Healthcare Center, part of the CommuniCare Family of Companies, is recruiting an Executive Director to lead the facility, uphold care standards, and drive financial success.

The role requires Ohio LNHA licensure, at least two years of progressive management with an AIT internship, strong budgeting, leadership, and excellent written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Must meet all Ohio State requirements for Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA).
• Must hold a currently valid LNHA license in the State of Ohio.
• At least two years of gradually increasing management responsibility with a minimum of an AIT internship completed.
• Strong management and operation skills.
• Strong math/budgetary skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to all staff to assure that care standards are met and quality resident care is delivered.
• Serve as team member, team leader, and supervisor to ensure work is accomplished and celebrations of team successes.
• Oversee overall operation and financial performance of the center.
