Executive Director / LNHA Summary

We are seeking an energetic, dynamic, and experienced Executive Director to lead The Groves Campus. The Groves is grand! A 300 bed Skilled/ LT facility with both Al & IL community. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare administration, with a focus on long-term care management. As the Executive Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of facility operations, including financial management, staff supervision, resident care, and regulatory compliance.

Executive Director / LNHA Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to all staff members, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations governing long-term care facilities
• Manage budgetary and financial matters, including revenue generation, expense control, and financial reporting
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of staff members
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, residents, and families to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and services
• Maintain positive relationships with regulatory agencies, vendors, and community stakeholders

Executive Director / LNHA Qualifications

• Nursing Home Administrator License.
