Luxor Healthcare is seeking an Executive Director / LNHA for The Groves Campus, a 300-bed skilled/long-term care facility. You will lead all operations, ensuring financial health, regulatory compliance, and exceptional resident care.

The role requires a Nursing Home Administrator License, 5+ years in healthcare management (2+ in leadership), and strong budgeting and communication skills. Competitive salary and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare management, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong financial acumen and budget management experience.
• Experience with long-term care regulations and quality improvement initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to all staff, fostering teamwork and excellence.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to meet organizational goals.
