Qualifications

• Current or eligible Utah Executive Director/Administrator license (as applicable).
• Minimum of 2 years of senior living or healthcare leadership experience.
• Proven track record of operational and financial success.
• Strong leadership, communication, and community-relations skills.
• Passion for senior care and creating a positive, resident-first culture.
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across all departments.
• Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing management team.
• Drive occupancy, resident satisfaction, and quality of care initiatives.
• Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations.
• Develop strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and the local community.
