Job summary

Bonaventure Senior Living seeks an engaging Executive Director to guide a luxury senior living community in Everett, WA. You will lead a high-performing team, oversee daily operations, and partner with sales to grow occupancy while ensuring outstanding care and service.

The role requires an Administrator license (or ability to obtain), a proven sales/financial track record, and a commitment to resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Administrator's license required or able to obtain one.
• Proven track record in sales and revenue/expense management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Desire to make a difference in lives of seniors and residents.
• Experience as an Administrator for Assisted Living, Independent Living, or Memory Care.
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a high-performing team by recruiting, coaching, and mentoring staff.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the community ensuring exceptional service and quality care.
• Foster relationships with residents, families, and staff to create an engaging community.
• Drive occupancy and census growth by partnering with sales and helping prospective residents feel at home.
• Manage financial performance by overseeing budgets and controlling expenses.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
• Build a positive workplace culture that encourages teamwork and engagement.
• Identify opportunities to improve resident satisfaction and operational efficiency.
