Job summary

Gardant-Management-Solution seeks a proven healthcare leader to manage an assisted living/memory care community in Indiana. You will direct operations, drive financial performance, and lead a compassionate team committed to resident well-being and dignity.

You will mentor staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with marketing to optimize occupancy. Excellent communication and budget skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a healthcare leadership role.
• Assisted living and Memory Care experience preferred
• RCA or HFA licensure required at applicable locations
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Leadership and supervisory ability with mentorship
• Budget management and understanding of financial statements

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall management and financial performance of the Community.
• Provide hands-on supervision and empower team members to deliver high-quality care.
• Engage with residents and family members in a compassionate, dignified manner.
• Develop and execute quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
