Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in corporate internal communications at a financial services firm or complex global institution.
• Ability to influence C‑Suite leaders and secure buy‑in for changes.
• Strategic communication with cohesive messaging and excellent writing/editing.
• Leadership and coaching of matrixed teams.
• Storytelling to simplify complex topics and align with business goals.
• Generative AI skills for content creation and brainstorming.
• Strong project management in fast-paced environments.
• Deep knowledge of financial services regulatory landscape and industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to senior leaders on communication best practices and crisis response.
• Develop and implement internal communications strategies aligned with business goals.
• Advance channels: email, intranet, Teams, town halls, leadership offsites.
• Champion use of large language models to scale communications.
• Collaborate with Communications, Business Management, and HR to support two functions.
• Measure metrics like employee surveys and channel engagement to drive improvements.
