Mass General Brigham invites applications for an Executive Director of Infusion Services, Cancer Care, and Investigational Drug Services. You will shape enterprise-wide strategy for infusion medications, oncology pharmacy services, and investigational therapies across sites and teams.

You will partner with clinical, operational, and payer colleagues to improve access, capacity planning, therapy initiation, and ensure safe, compliant, and financially sustainable services.

Formación

• Progressive pharmacy leadership experience in a complex academic medical center, IDS, or health system.
• Ability to lead through influence and drive large-scale organizational change.
• Experience in an academic medical center, integrated delivery network, health-system pharmacy, or complex multi-site healthcare environment.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute enterprise strategy aligned with priorities for quality, safety, access, workforce effectiveness, growth, and financial sustainability.
• Lead enterprise transformation initiatives that advance standardization, innovation, and operational excellence.
• Establish performance expectations, metrics, and accountability across sites and care settings.
