Qualifications

• Pharmacist with Doctor of Pharmacy license and state license.
• Massachusetts license/registration requirements preferred.
• 2-3 years of pharmacist experience preferred.
• Knowledge of drug information and formulary management.
• Ability to work under CDTM agreements.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates activities and delivery of pharmacy services.
• Supervises and verifies the accuracy of work by support personnel.
• Ensures compliance with policies, formulary management, and adverse drug event monitoring.
• Documents and reports clinical interventions and medication errors.
• Participates in department quality improvement efforts.
