Ukpeaġvik Iñupiat Corporation Foundation seeks an Executive Director to guide growth, steward scholarships and grants, and strengthen donor relations. You will lead strategic initiatives, oversee operations, and collaborate with the Foundation Board and UIC Executive Leadership to advance shareholder and descendant opportunities while ensuring accountability and cultural alignment.

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Eight years of administrative and clerical experience with four years in managerial budgeting/supervision.
• Four years of experience with Alaska Native Corporation or Alaska Native communities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Foundation through growth with strategic oversight and donor relations.
• Develop and execute strategic vision aligned with mission and values.
• Oversee daily operations, budgeting, and endowment stewardship.
• Design and implement programs and policies in line with the strategic plan.
• Coordinate fundraising, communications, and stakeholder engagement.
• Build partnerships with philanthropic, education, tribal, governmental, corporate, and cultural partners.
