Ukpeaġvik Iñupiat Corporation Foundation seeks an Executive Director to guide growth aligned with its mission, overseeing scholarships, grants, and donor relations. The role partners with the Foundation Board and UIC Executive Leadership to build systems and meaningful programs that benefit shareholders and descendants.

The position requires strategic vision, strong fundraising, governance understanding, and commitment to Iñupiat culture.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; eight years of administrative/clerical experience with four in management.
• Experience with Alaska Native Corporation contexts preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Foundation through growth with systems and relationships to support mission.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, fundraising, donor relations, and strategic initiatives for scholarships and grants.
• Collaborate with the Board and UIC Executive Leadership to ensure stability and growth.
• Develop and implement fundraising strategies and foster partnerships with donors and stakeholders.
