Ukpeaġvik Iñupiat Corporation Foundation is seeking an Executive Director to guide growth, manage day-to-day operations, and oversee fundraising, donor relations, and program development in alignment with the Foundation’s mission for UIC shareholders and their descendants.

The role focuses on building systems, relationships, and endowment strategies, while aligning with strategic goals, ensuring inclusive leadership, and advancing educational opportunities across Alaska.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
• Eight years administrative and clerical experience, four with managerial budgeting/supervision.
• Four years experience with an Alaska Native Corporation or Alaska Native communities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead growth, develop support systems, and align with mission.
• Strategic leadership and cross-stakeholder collaboration.
• Oversee operations, governance, and staff wellbeing.
• Develop and manage programs and endowment strategy.
• Manage budget and financial reporting.
• Oversee scholarship administration and eligibility.
• Communicate with applicants and donors; guide outreach.
• Fundraising strategy and donor relations.
