Responsibilities

• Design and lead major initiatives expanding access to capital for underserved small businesses.
• Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing team of program officers and associates.
• Collaborate with business leaders to design entrepreneurship initiatives and leverage JPMorgan Chase products for impact.
• Partner with CR leaders, government, industry, and nonprofits to inform inclusive growth policies.
• Set portfolio priorities and allocate resources balancing impact, capacity, and risk.
• Serve as lead relationship manager with external partners and firm leadership.
• Maintain governance, risk management, and grantmaking controls.
• Monitor macroeconomic trends and ecosystem gaps; share insights with partners.
• Act as a trusted advisor on underserved small business growth and inclusive entrepreneurship.
