Job summary

Community Options, Inc. seeks an Executive Director of IDD Services to lead Indiana, PA operations. The role oversees compliance, growth, budget, and workforce development, reporting to the national office. Located in Indiana County, relocation may be required.

You will oversee daily operations, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive fundraising and program improvements to support individuals with disabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; five years of related administrative/supervisory experience.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily operations and compliance with licensing and reporting standards.
• Formulate and implement an advisory board to expand resources and improve service delivery.
• Assess operational issues and develop solutions for high-quality programs.
• Recommend policies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of services.
• Identify grant and funding opportunities and conduct fundraising activities.
• Promote a positive public image of Community Options and its mission.
• Institute management, financial, and personnel controls with proper documentation.
• Interface with local, state, and governmental agencies.
• Contribute to setting long- and short-term goals and systems.
