Qualifications

• At least five years of related experience in administrative and supervisory roles.
• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Understanding of community-based support for persons with disabilities.
• Knowledge of funding sources and entitlement programs for people with disabilities.
• Team oriented with demonstrated leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and compliance with state licensing standards.
• Develop resources and operational solutions to improve service delivery.
• Conduct fundraising activities and interface with government agencies.
• Participate in setting long and short-term departmental goals.
