Job summary

The Jewish Board in Brooklyn is seeking an Executive Program Director to lead the Mishkon I/DD division, setting strategy and ensuring excellence across residential and community services. Reporting to the Chief Program Officer, the EPD will drive quality care, workforce development, and regulatory compliance in a hybrid work environment.

Ideal candidates will have a Master’s degree, senior leadership experience in I/DD or health services, and a proven ability to balance clinical and financial

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in a relevant field (e.g., MBA, MPH, MHA, RN or related).
• Experience leading I/DD, healthcare, or related human services programs in highly regulated environments.
• Strong financial stewardship and ability to balance program quality with sustainability.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across diverse stakeholders and teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide vision and execution to develop I/DD services aligning clinical, operational, and financial goals.
• Lead the divisional leadership team and oversee quality, safety, and client outcomes.
• Direct supervision of Deputy Directors and senior staff, shaping workforce strategy and talent development.
• Foster collaboration with external partners, families, and regulators to ensure compliant, person-centered care.
