Zusammenfassung

The Jewish Board seeks an Executive Program Director to lead the Mishkon I/DD Division, setting strategy and ensuring excellence in care across residential and community settings. Reporting to the Chief Program Officer, the EPD will drive quality, compliance, and a strong client experience within a diverse, culturally affirming framework.

This hybrid role requires in-person work across Brooklyn locations, with collaboration across internal teams and community partners to advance program goals

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in counseling, creative arts, or social work from an accredited program AND NYS license or limited permit in Mental Health Counseling (LMHC) or LMFT or LMSW.
• Experience treating children or adolescents preferred.
• Fluency in a second language preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provides vision and execution to develop and provide I/DD services that meet the needs of clients in a shifting healthcare environment.
• Develop treatment plans in collaboration with clients and family members.
• Provide individual, group, family, collateral treatment and crisis services.
• Maintain documentation according to standards and time frames.
• Maintain professional behaviors and ethical standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
