Crusoe Energy Systems LLC is seeking a Project Executive to lead multiple modular data center construction projects nationwide, delivering on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

You will build and lead teams of construction professionals, coordinate with internal Spark product, cloud, networking, and factory teams, and manage large budgets while traveling up to 40% to sites and future locations.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of experience in construction management of mission critical projects.
• Experience with hyperscale data centers, energy storage facilities, or complex manufacturing sites.
• Proven track record delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of construction best practices and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, multi-site AI data center construction projects nationwide.
• Build and lead teams of construction professionals across projects.
• Interface with internal teams including Spark product, cloud, and factory colleagues.
• Manage large-scale budgets and timelines; ensure high quality standards.
