Crusoe is seeking a Senior Director of Construction in San Francisco for a major program of hyperscale data center builds. You will own delivery strategy, budgets, and schedules, building and shaping a strong construction organization.

This role blends hands-on problem-solving with executive-level workforce strategy and capital planning. You will lead a portfolio of complex programs, drive cross-functional execution, and mentor the next generation of leaders while ensuring on-time, on-budget

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in construction management of mission-critical projects.
• Experience delivering hyperscale data centers or large infrastructure projects.
• Ability to build and lead construction management teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and operating model for construction delivery across a major program.
• Lead a portfolio of hyperscale AI Data Center construction programs with on-time on-budget delivery.
• Oversee multiple concurrent construction programs and manage executive relationships.
• Design scalable delivery frameworks and align with capital allocation decisions.
• Mentor and develop a team of construction professionals and future leaders.
• Drive cross-functional coordination with Engineering, Operations, Finance, Real Estate.
