Crusoe is scaling hyperscale AI data center campuses and seeks a seasoned construction leader to own delivery across a major program or geography. As Senior Director of Construction, you will set the strategy and operating model for a portfolio, own budgets and schedules, and build the construction organization that delivers them, including developing the next generation of senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in construction management of mission-critical projects.
• Experience delivering hyperscale data centers or large complex infra.
• Proven track record managing multi-program portfolios on time and budget.
• Built or led construction management teams and developed leaders.
• Able to make decisions with incomplete information under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and operating model for delivery across a geography or major program.
• Lead a portfolio of hyperscale data center construction programs with on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects and manage risk at division level.
• Design scalable delivery frameworks and navigate market constraints.
• Build and mentor a high-performing construction team.
• Collaborate with executives on workforce strategy and succession planning.
• Manage executive stakeholder relationships and align project plans with long-range strategy.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Real Estate to stay aligned.
