Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Project Executive to lead and oversee large-scale construction projects within our Digital Infrastructure segment. You will ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with the highest quality standards while building and guiding teams of construction professionals.

The role requires 10+ years in construction management, preferably with hyperscale data centers, and offers competitive compensation, RSUs, PTO, health benefits, and up to 30% travel to multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in construction management of mission‑critical projects.
• Preference for hyperscale data centers, large hospitals, or complex manufacturing facilities.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, hyperscale AI data center construction projects.
• Build and lead teams of construction industry professionals.
• Manage large budgets and travel to project sites as needed (up to 30%).
• Operate as a key leader on Crusoe’s largest projects globally.
