Baker Tilly is seeking a Managing Director, HR & Payroll – Managed Services to lead strategy, growth, and delivery of recurring HR and payroll services across the firm’s portfolio.

This executive role partners with C-suite and senior clients, shaping service delivery, governance, and complex client relationships while aligning people, processes, technology, risk management, and commercial priorities to drive scale, quality, and client value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, finance, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive HR/payroll/ managed services leadership.
• Credentials: CPP/SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CEBS preferred.
• Proven ability to lead client portfolios and growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute the service line strategy with growth and profitability targets.
• Sustain executive relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders.
• Oversee service delivery standards, quality controls, and risk management.
• Lead a high-performing team and coordinate across firm functions.
