Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, accounting, finance, HR or related field.
• CPP and/or SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CEBS or other credentials.
• 15+ years of leadership in HR/payroll/benefits or managed services environments.
• Proven ability to originate and grow client relationships and manage complex engagements.

• Own and execute the service line strategy and multi-year growth for Managed Services HRS Payroll & HR.
• Translate strategy into differentiated HR/payroll solutions and scalable delivery models.
• Maintain executive sponsor relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders.
• Oversee service delivery standards, client experience, and quality controls across the portfolio.
• Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and technology roadmap in HR/payroll domains.
