Qualifications

• Master's degree in business or public administration, economics, labor or industrial relations, statistics or a closely related field.
• Bachelor's degree plus five years of professional experience, including 18 months in executive/managerial supervision.
• Education and/or experience equivalent to the above requirements, with a bachelor's degree and the 18 months of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and executive administration of the Bureau of Human Resources and Labor Relations.
• Support HR goals by conducting research, providing analysis and recommendations; align HR objectives with agency priorities.
• Develop, update and enforce agency-wide policies related to personnel management; align programs and HR strategies.
