Savannah Technical College is seeking a dynamic and strategic Executive Director of Human Resources to lead and oversee all human resources functions for the College. Reporting to the College President, the Executive Director of Human Resources serves as a strategic partner to senior leadership and collaborates with all divisions to ensure effective and efficient human resource operations.
This position is responsible for developing and implementing human resources strategies that align with the College's mission, vision, and strategic goals while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

This position offers an opportunity to lead strategic human resource initiatives that support employee success and advance Savannah Technical College's mission of workforce development and student achievement.
Responsibilities are typically performed in an office setting with the employee intermittently sitting, standing, walking, bending, pushing and pulling. The employee occasionally lifts or moves objects of a light to medium weight. Full range of hand and finger motion is necessary for data entry purposes.
Salary is commensurate with education and work experience. Benefits include paid state holidays, annual and sick leave, and the State of Georgia Flexible Benefits package.

A bachelor’s degree in a related field *and* five (5) years of related work experience.
