Mount Sinai Morningside is seeking an Administrative Director of Hospital Operations to lead daily operations, strategic planning, and performance across a 24/7 hospital.

You will oversee a high‑performing team across Medicine, Surgery, Critical Care, Oncology, Cardiology, Obstetrics, Pediatrics, Emergency Medicine, and more, partnering with physician, nursing, and administrative leaders to drive clinical excellence and financial stewardship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Master’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of work experience and education.
• 6 years of directly related experience.

Responsibilities

• Foster leadership model across physician–nursing–administrative triad to promote coordinated decision‑making and achieve clinical, financial, and strategic objectives.
• Set priorities for hospital operations and lead short/long-term operational and financial initiatives.
• Collaborate with Facilities, Engineering, Environmental Services, and Infection Prevention to manage facility issues and risks.
