Job summary

Salus Homecare in Ventura County, CA, seeks an experienced Executive Director to lead our Ventura operations. You will oversee branch performance, growth, client experience, caregiver operations, team leadership, compliance, and financial results.

You will build referral networks with healthcare providers, recruit and develop a high-performing local team, and ensure service delivery excellence while maintaining regulatory compliance and Salus standards.

Salus Homecare is seeking an experienced, results-driven Executive Director to lead our Ventura County operations. This role is responsible for overall branch performance, including growth, client experience, caregiver operations, team leadership, compliance, and financial results.

What We’re Looking For

• Knowledge of the Ventura County healthcare and senior-care market is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
