Job summary

Salus Homecare is seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our Ventura County operations, overseeing growth, client experience, caregiver operations, and financial performance.

In this full-time role, you will recruit and develop a local team, build referral relationships with healthcare providers, ensure compliance with California home care requirements, and monitor performance metrics to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in home care, healthcare, senior care, or a related service business.
• Strong business development and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage operational and financial performance.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Ventura County healthcare and senior-care market is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and drive branch growth and profitability.
• Build strong referral relationships with healthcare providers and community partners.
• Ensure an exceptional experience for clients, families, and caregivers.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing local team.
