Qualificações

• 10+ years of progressive executive leadership experience in healthcare organizations (PHO/health system/IPAs/MSOs/ACOs).
• Proven payer contracting and managed care strategy experience, incl. negotiation, renewal, and performance oversight.
• Experience overseeing provider network strategy, credentialing, enrollment, and physician engagement initiatives.
• Strong financial management skills: budgeting, performance analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Experience working with governing boards and executive committees on risk and strategic decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead payer contracting strategy, negotiations, renewals, implementation, and contract performance oversight.
• Oversee provider network development, credentialing, enrollment, roster accuracy, and provider relations.
• Manage organizational financial performance, budgeting, reporting, investment oversight, and resource stewardship.
• Support Board and committee governance with clear reporting and strategic recommendations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (NCQA, HIPAA) and continuous quality improvement.
