Job summary

Paramount Health Options (PHO) is seeking an Executive Director to provide strategic leadership across affiliated organizations and drive payer contracting, provider network development, and financial stewardship. This senior role partners with physicians, hospitals, and external stakeholders to advance growth, compliance, and patient value.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of executive healthcare leadership, strong transaction and network strategy experience, and a track record of driving

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive executive leadership experience in healthcare.
• Proven experience leading payer contracting and managed care strategies.
• Significant experience overseeing provider network strategy, credentialing, enrollment, and compliance.
• Strong financial management including budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Experience working with governing boards and executive committees.

Responsibilities

• Lead payer contracting strategy, negotiations, renewals, implementation, and oversight of contract performance.
• Oversee provider network development, credentialing, enrollment, roster accuracy, and provider relations.
• Manage organizational financial performance, budgeting, reporting, investment oversight, and resource stewardship.
• Support governance with reporting, strategic recommendations, and execution of priorities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, payer, accreditation, NCQA, HIPAA, and credentialing requirements.
• Lead staff, improve operational processes, and advance member satisfaction and performance.
