The role emphasizes budget stewardship, food quality, sanitation, safety programs, and cross‑department collaboration to align with the facility’s plan of operations.

Qualifications

• Five years of proven leadership experience.
• Two to four years of direct foodservice operational management with inventory/purchasing knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of food trends, quality, sanitation, cost controls, and presentation.
• ServSafe certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate the department within the approved budget, maximizing client value.
• Ensure that offered food meets superior quality standards.
• Direct and conduct safety, sanitation, and maintenance programs.
• Maintain excellent relationships with guests, clients and other departments.
• Promote professional growth and development of the entire team.
• Foster strong inter‑departmental relations and integrate dining services with the facility’s plan of operations.
