Trustmark is seeking an Executive Director, Product Strategy and Execution for Disability, Leave, Dental and Vision. Drive new product development through market research, customer insights, and a clear roadmap aligned to business strategy for group and individual products.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
7–10 years of experience in product development and management.
Experience developing or managing voluntary and/or group products.
Ability to lead/influence without direct oversight.
Proven ability to develop and revise strategy and tactics to propel business growth.
Ability to analyze and interpret challenging concepts and resolve complex issues.
Ability to inspire, lead, and coach both leaders and employees.
Experience working collaboratively across the organization to build consensus and synergies that support attainment of division goals.

Responsibilities

Owns product strategy from concept to market by leveraging market and competitive analysis to define and champion new product offerings.
Collaborates with underwriting, sales and marketing to position and build awareness of new products.
Leads development of health product claims strategy and ongoing customer experience opportunities.
Manages budgets, operational plans for products under development and management.
Develops and owns KPIs that measure the success of new product initiatives and enables data-driven decisions.
