Job summary

Trustmark is seeking an Executive Director, Product Strategy and Execution for Disability, Leave, Dental and Vision. The role leads new product development through deep market research, customer insight, and a prioritized roadmap aligned with business strategy for group and individual products.

In this role, you will partner across functions to drive innovation, govern the portfolio, and enable scalable health product success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7–10 years of industry experience in product development/management and implementation.
• Experience developing or managing voluntary and/or group products.
• Ability to lead, influence without direct oversight, and drive strategy.

Responsibilities

• Owns product strategy from concept to market with market/competitive analysis.
• Leads development of health product portfolio and prioritization.
• Collaborates with underwriting, sales and marketing to position new products.
• Coaches teams and defines KPIs to drive data-driven decisions and ROI.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and timely updates across products.
