Job summary

Trustmark is seeking an Executive Director, Product Strategy and Execution - Disability, Leave, Dental and Vision, to drive market-driven product development and a prioritized roadmap aligned with business strategy.

You will lead cross-functional teams, build scalable governance, and manage a health product portfolio with external vendors to deliver innovative, compliant offerings that support growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7–10 years of industry experience across product development, management and implementation.
• Experience developing or managing voluntary and/or group products.
• Ability to lead and influence without direct oversight.
• Proven ability to craft and revise strategy to propel growth.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product development from concept to market.
• Collaborate with underwriting, sales and marketing to position new products.
• Define product requirements, perform market analysis and ROI assessments.
• Manage budgets, roadmaps and performance metrics for products.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and timely responses to changes.
