Job summary

Trustmark is seeking an Executive Director, Product Strategy and Execution for Disability, Leave, Dental and Vision. This role leads end-to-end product development, from research and vision to market launch, with a focus on strategic portfolio health and regulatory compliance.

The position requires 7–10 years in product roles and aBachelor’s degree, with strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration to drive growth across voluntary and group products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 7–10 years of experience across product development, product management and implementation.
• Experience developing or managing voluntary and/or group products.
• Ability to lead and influence without direct oversight.
• Proven ability to develop and revise strategy to propel growth.
• Ability to analyze complex concepts and resolve issues.
• Inspires and coaches leaders and employees.
• Collaborates across the organization to build consensus and drive goals.

Responsibilities

• Drive new product development through market research, trend analysis, and customer insights.
• Translate data-driven insights into a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with strategy.
• Lead governance and performance measurement for scalable innovation.
• Own product strategy from concept to market with external vendor partnership management.
• Collaborate with underwriting, sales and marketing to position and promote products.
