Job summary

Trustmark is seeking an Executive Director, Product Strategy and Execution for Disability, Leave, Dental and Vision. You will drive new product development through market research and customer insights, building a clear vision and a prioritized roadmap aligned with business strategy.

Collaborate cross-functionally with underwriting, sales, and marketing to position products, manage budgets, risks, and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7-10 years in product development, management, and implementation.
• Experience with voluntary and/or group products.
• Ability to influence without direct oversight.
• Proven strategy development for growth.
• Ability to analyze complex concepts and resolve issues.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Cross-functional collaboration to build consensus.

Responsibilities

• Lead health product portfolio development and prioritization.
• Understand voluntary benefits trends and broker/market connections.
• Communicate product value to field partners and channels.
• Oversee end-to-end product development: research, design, market analysis, requirements, ROI.
• Manage risks and budgets for products under development.
• Define and track KPIs and data-driven decisions.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across products.
• Collaborate with underwriting, sales, and marketing.
• Other duties as assigned.
