Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 7–10 years of industry experience with product development and management.
• Experience developing or managing voluntary and/or group products.
• Ability to lead/influence without direct oversight.
• Proven ability to develop and revise strategy to propel business growth.
• Ability to analyze and interpret challenging concepts and resolve complex issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure health product portfolio is top tier in market and drive prioritization and development.
• Build relationships across voluntary benefits market and track evolving trends.
• Support field partners with clear product positioning and communication.
• Lead end-to-end product development: research, design, sales strategy, market analysis and requirements.
• Oversee risk analysis and resource/capability planning for new products.
• Manage budgets and operational plans for products under development.
• Develop health product claims strategy and address customer experience opportunities.
