Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related area and/or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years healthcare experience including business development, strategy, partnerships or related functions.
• 3+ years leading complex strategic initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to direct, influence and motivate senior executives, physicians and leaders.
• Lead business planning, innovation development, and implementation for a multi-faceted health system.
• Advanced project management for multiple simultaneous projects.
• Strong analytical, financial and business-planning skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior-level gravitas.
• Ability to translate complex strategic/financial information into clear narratives.
