Qualifikationen

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing (NP) or PA studies from an accredited program.
• Current, active NP or PA national certification and state licensure; multi-state eligibility.
• 8+ years of clinical practice experience as an NP/PA; 5+ years in progressive clinical leadership.
• Proven ability to operationalize clinical care models and lead dyad teams.
