Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Seven years of supervisory experience in ambulatory care/access.
• In-depth knowledge of patient care management, scheduling, and compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and delegate effectively.
• Experience budgeting, financial management, and program planning.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Understanding of healthcare call center operations and IT tools.
• Familiarity with regulatory, accreditation, and compliance environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for Contact Center, Referral, Access, and Call Center ops.
• Mentor Administrative Managers and Supervisors with regular performance reviews.
• Oversee daily operations including emails, messaging, and escalations.
• Monitor scorecards, quality, compliance, and employee engagement metrics.
• Serve as executive liaison for referrals, physician groups, and partners.
• Manage budgets, resources, and staffing to hit financial targets.
• Model and enforce standards; support recruitment and orientation.
• Lead meetings at various organizational levels (Leadership Huddles, Steering Committees).
• Represent department in committees and strategic planning forums.
• Lead large-scale projects, tech implementations, and onboarding programs.
• Partner to expand and integrate services across new ambulatory practices.
