Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a senior leader for Business Compliance to guide strategic compliance programs across healthcare lines. The role focuses on policy development, risk mitigation, and regulatory alignment across business segments.

You will build and lead a specialized team, partner with Legal, Regulatory, and business partners, and drive systematic improvements in compliance governance and controls.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Business Compliance experience.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare related compliance risks.
• Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting).

Responsibilities

• Be the compliance lead for the assigned business segment(s) in implementing solutions and to comply with new laws and regulations.
• Partner with assigned business areas to provide overall compliance support and direction.
• Direct the implementation of mitigation plans and monitor compliance with external regulatory findings.
• Communicates strategically across the organization to drive decision-making and ethical outcomes.
• Contributes to planning and administration of company programs and initiatives in Corporate Compliance.
• Implement organizational policies, goals, and objectives based on best practices in the field.
• Ensure processes to track, monitor and validate corrective actions.
• Support cross-functional areas to respond to regulatory requests.
• Advise on organizational standards for compliance controls to mitigate risks.
• Manage the team and implement workforce/succession plans.
• Support business initiatives and compliance inquiries.
• Review new mandates with Legal and Regulatory partners to determine applicability.
• Establish relationships with process owners to improve compliance program effectiveness.
• Participate in business working groups/committees for areas of responsibility.
• Act as a Business Compliance Office lead in risk assessments for regulatory risks.
• Partner with Compliance Center of Excellence to address high-risk findings.
• Assist with investigations and remediations, presenting recommendations to leadership.
• Represent Compliance at business leadership meetings.
