Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years working experience in compliance, legislation, regulatory or similar functions.
• Experience in healthcare industry and demonstrated leadership in project management or policy implementation.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills with ability to influence across a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic compliance guidance across all commercial segments in New England.
• Design and implement compliance strategies aligned with regulatory obligations and business priorities.
• Deliver targeted education and training to promote a culture of ethics and compliance.
• Interact with state regulators and liaise with internal stakeholders including Legal, Corporate Compliance, Network, and Government Affairs.
