Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking an Executive Director, Business Operations & Strategy for CVS Media Exchange (CMX) in the United States. The role leads operational excellence to scale CMX, shaping governance, budgets, and processes across marketing, DDAT, product, and enterprise partners.

Expect to drive revenue growth, profitability, and organizational effectiveness while building scalable operating models, driving productivity and vendor management.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in business operations, marketing operations, strategy, ad-tech, or related fields.
• 7+ years leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Experience designing and governing decision-making frameworks (RACI, PACE, DACI).
• Experience establishing operating models and scalable processes for growth.
• Experience automating workflows using portfolio/work management tools like Workfront/Jira/Confluence/Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute CMX operational strategy aligned to goals and growth.
• Define and manage business OKRs, dashboards, and governance.
• Drive efficiency by standardizing processes and removing friction points.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, and business systems to optimize platforms.
• Lead and coach a high‑performing operations organization.
